Krasi Markov is a photographer and cinematographer from Sofia, Bulgaria.
Initially, his work as a photographer began in 2014, where he worked as a reportage and event photographer.
Due to his great passion for videography and cinema, he also began working as a camera operator in the same field, shooting several reportage and documentary films on various projects, the most prominent of which are:
The informal economy in Bulgaria - a project for the International Trade Union Confederation
Refugees in Bulgaria and their familiarization with working conditions - a project of the Confederation of Independent Trade Unions in Bulgaria

In the following years, he shot a number of videos for YouTube channels, including his personal channel, podcasts, commercials, reportages, weddings, and gradually entered the cinema with the short films “Oculus changes reality” and "Letter to You".

That same experience shaped his style into one that aims for authenticity and realism of the story that is being told. One that connects with the viewer on a personal level through a raw and genuine approach.

Krassi is a big fan of black and white photography. According to him, the lack of color has a very big impact on the viewer, directing their attention more to the character and the story itself.
